„Development of key competences in vocational education and training”
Erasmus + is the European Union’s program in the field of education, training, youth and sport for 2014-2020. Its total budget is EUR 14.7 billion. Erasmus + is based on the achievements of European educational programs that have operated for 25 years, and is the result of the combination of the following European initiatives implemented by the European Commission in 2007-2013: the Lifelong Learning Program, the Youth in Action Program, Erasmus Mundus , Tempus, Alfa, Edulink, and cooperation programs with industrialized countries in the field of higher education.
As part of the Erasmus + program: Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices, Strategic partnerships, we implement our project “Development of key competences in vocational education and training” implemented in partnership with institutions working for the vocational education and personal and professional development of young people from Poland EDU research Polska sp. z o.o., Italy- Associazione Silenziosi Operai della Croce and German- IFN Internationales Privatinstitut für Forschung und Netzwerkarbeit in Bildung, Beratung und Management in soziokulturellen Bereichen GmbH.
The project “Development of key competences in vocational education and training” is an initiative focused on supporting vocational education through the development of key competences of vocational school students in the field of entrepreneurship.
The main goals are:
Better mastery of high-level core and cross-cutting essential competences in a lifelong learning perspective, in formal and non-formal education, early childhood education and care, through school education, youth initiatives, higher education, vocational education and training up to adult education.
Further strengthen key competences in vocational education and training programs and provide better opportunities to acquire or develop these skills through I-VET and C-VET
The main issue of the project is the search for ways and methods of integrating activities aimed at strengthening and developing entrepreneurship of young people in the processes of training formal vocational education institutions at various levels. Therefore, as part of the project activities, it is planned to develop optimal tools to support young people in discovering their own passions and life goals, and to shape the belief that it is worth building an individual personal and professional development path on them, and in particular the role of institutional and personal networks supporting schools should be analyzed. professional in local and regional social and economic contexts, as well as the ability to control the processes of organizing support for young people’s self-employment activities by formal vocational training institutions.
Therefore, the following works will be developed under the project:
- Entrepreneurship program for vocational school students.
- Detailed entrepreneurship activity programs for vocational school students.
- Coaching model for young people choosing the path of vocational education.
- Training program for teachers / vocational education experts on the implementation of entrepreneurship and coaching programs.

„EDU MOBILE – mobile training management support system”
The project was a response to the problem of low educational activity of adults in Poland, the lack of knowledge about the educational offer addressed to adults, and the difficult and time-consuming communication with potential training participants. The objective of the project was to increase the availability of education for adults by developing and implementing a mobile training management system using the experience of the German partner. The project had two types of transnational activities – development of new solutions in cooperation with a foreign partner and their implementation, as well as the exchange of information and experiences.

„Education – Regions – Regionalization: Proactive Model for Managing Lifelong Learning in Regional Social Networks”
The project “Education – Regions – Regionalization: Proactive Model for Managing Lifelong Learning in Regional Social Networks” is also an EU research project (March 2013 – December 2016) (Human Capital Operational Program)
The objective is to develop an academic management system to network the concept of lifelong learning with the networks of universities, professional partners and the social environment. In this way, an increase in the quality and effectiveness of the solution approaches for a proactive management of lifelong learning in regional social networks is sought. Various German and European models are being explored in order to establish a common working model for establishing, strengthening and developing the didactic potential of the university as a networking element in the lifelong education system.

„Auto Unia – towards modern vocational schools”
The “Autounion” project is actually a bundle of projects within the framework of an EU research project” (November 2012 – October 2015) (Human Capital Operational Program; IX. Training and Competence Development in Regions)
The objective of the project is to develop a cooperation model between vocational schools and companies from the automotive industry in Poland. The objective is to improve the quality and make learning processes more attractive in Polish vocational schools. Based on the experience of the German dual training system, a development program is being drawn up for Polish vocational schools in order to establish, develop or improve the dual training system at vocational schools. A second focus concerns measures to promote professional identity development as well as the working and organizational climate in schools and companies. This under consideration of axiological and ethical aspects as well as other anthropological and spiritual aspects. The BS1 Ingolstadt (vocational school) was won over as a cooperating model school in Germany in order to achieve the stated goals. As part of a transnational cooperation between BS1 Ingolstadt and a Polish model school, innovative models are transferred and adapted. In the first step, this model project includes 120 students.
Since 2012, the automobile manufacturer Audi, the University of Eichstätt and the Ingolstadt vocational school have been working together on the German side, as well as the Academy for Fast Learning in Warsaw and the city of Lodz on the Polish side. They do research with one another, organize joint conferences for German and Polish teachers and students, exchange students and write studies under the direction of Professor Dr. Dr. Surzykiewicz from. Vocational schools are permanently equipped with didactic aids, for example driving simulators, etc.

„Coaching as a new method to support social and professional integration processes”
The project “Coaching as a new method to support social and professional integration processes” is an EU research project (June 2012 – December 2013) (Human Capital Operational Program ; VII. Promotion of Social Integration). The objective of the project was to develop a country-specific method of social coaching for working with people who are affected by social exclusion in the regional districts of Mazovia (Poland). The basis for this are models and practical experience of social coaching in Germany (exploratory phase). In addition to comprehensive psycho-pedagogical advisory services, the focus is on personality-building and spiritual aspects. In order to realize the project goals – based on the German solutions – a transnational method of social coaching was developed for Poland (conception phase) and implemented in selected social institutions in Warsaw (sample: 100 people). It was then gradually evaluated and further developed (implementation phase).

„Spiritual Capital as Interdisciplinary Human Resource”
The project “Spiritual Capital as Interdisciplinary Human Resource” is a research project (since January 2012) that is based on the approach of human and social capital – with special consideration of religion, religiosity and spirituality as important resources for social coexistence and individual development . Different approaches from Anglo-Saxon social research on spiritual capital are critically reflected and processed using various specific topics.
