About project:
The objective of the Projekt is developing and implementation of the model of succession coaching – suport for succession in family businesses. The Project includes two types of transnational activities – transfer of new solution, their adaptation and implementation as well as exchanging of information and experience with a transnational partner.
Material products of the Project wil be the following outputs:
- Methodology of succession coaching integrating suport issues for succession processes, securing the sustainability of a family business and intergenerational tranfer of entrepreneurial competences
- Education / training program for succession coaches
- Succession coaching Guide (printed and electronic version)
- Recommendations for the training institutions
- Recommendations for the implementing institutions
Target group of the project consists of:
- User: employers organizations and family entrepreneurs as well as advisory, coaching and educational institutions providing services for entrpreneurs and their workers and co-workers;
- Recipients: family entrepreneurs and their social-economic environment

About project:
The project is a response to the problem of the lack of space that collects offers of internships with various institutions, places and industry in one place, and difficult and time-consuming communication between institutions and companies with potential trainees. The objective of the project is to increase the availability of forms of development of professional competences for adults by developing and implementing a mobile internship management system using the experience of a German partner
Material products of the Project will be the following outputs:
- EDU – an IT tool for organizing professional internships – an Internet platform for companies integrated with a mobile application
- Recommendations for user institutions
- User guide
Target group of the project consists of:
- User: Non-public institutions of the labor market (employment agencies, non-governmental organizations involved in professional activation, PUPs), training institutions, companies, public and private institutions interested in admitting trainees and their employees (using solutions from the management system panel).
- Recipients (final recipients of the mobile tool) – non-working adults seeking professional internships in objective to getting work experience.
