Together we achieve more —
partnerships for European innovation
European cooperation delivers real results where people and institutions come together in genuine partnerships — not merely on paper, but in the day-to-day practice of cross-border projects that draw strength from shared experience.
Through the project EDU EUFORIA — co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the Polish programme FERS — IFN actively participates in transferring innovative solutions from Germany to the Polish context. Polish institutions working in the fields of education, the labour market, social inclusion and healthcare are seeking experienced German partners — and this is precisely where IFN plays a key role: we maintain an extensive network of contacts with German organisations and actively connect the right partners.
What is the project about?
Under EDU EUFORIA, at least 54 grants will be awarded, enabling Polish institutions to adapt and implement innovative solutions from abroad — primarily from Germany. IFN accompanies this process as a transnational partner: providing substantive, methodological and networking support. To this end, IFN draws on its long-standing contacts with German organisations and actively brokers suitable partnerships.
Our network includes German institutions from the following fields. IFN maintains well-established contacts with organisations across Germany and can propose suitable partners to Polish grant recipients based on their specific needs.
The collaboration is structured and professionally supported: Polish grant recipients receive methodological guidance throughout the solution transfer process, IFN coordinates substantive support on the German side and — drawing on its network — actively identifies and proposes suitable cooperation partners.
