Coaching courses
We offer a foundational coaching course with a diploma, combining professional coaching competences with practical work with families. The course leads to an ICI coaching certificate and is entirely practice-based.
Foundation coaching course with diploma
The course combines two dimensions: acquiring core professional coaching competences confirmed by the ICI certificate, and applying them in practical work with families. The programme is aimed at professionals working with — or planning to work with — families in a vocational context: educators, social workers, therapists and counsellors.
Programme modules
Foundations of coaching
Coaching philosophy and ethics, models and approaches, the role and competences of a coach, ICI standards and certification requirements.
Coaching with families
Assessment of family systems, family dynamics, the specific nature of coaching sessions with couples, parents and whole families.
Coaching tools
Questioning techniques, goal-setting work, the wheel of life, visualisation, NLP techniques and other key coaching instruments.
Individual & group sessions
Running 1:1 and group sessions, structuring the coaching process, managing contracts and group dynamics.

Supervision course
The training provides the key skills of a professional supervisor. Entirely practice-based — practical exercises, workshops and personal supervision throughout.
What is supervision?
Supervision is a professional method of observation and reflection in therapeutic practice, as well as a means of supporting professional development. The subject of supervision may include interactions within therapeutic systems (therapist – patient, family), mutual interactions, behavioural patterns and processes.
Professional supervision course
The course prepares participants to conduct supervision independently in therapeutic, educational and helping contexts. The programme is aimed at therapists, educators, psychologists, social workers and coaches who wish to develop their supervisory competences and integrate supervision into their own professional practice.

Conducting 1:1 sessions, session structure and stages, building the supervisory relationship, documentation.
Group supervision
Supervisory group dynamics, facilitating group processes, different models of group work and group interventions.
