About the institute
The institute has extensive experience in educational, advisory, consulting, coaching, research and implementation activities. It creates and develops cooperation networks, and builds quality management strategies for training products and processes based on certification systems.
The institute is actively involved in various aspects of education — providing methodological consultations, career guidance, study visits and expert consultations. It is a participant in international activities in cooperation with the University of Eichstätt. Since 2014 it has been organising vocational internships in Germany, maintaining a broad base of partner institutions and companies. It employs and cooperates with specialists — researchers and practitioners in the field of professional and competency development.
