About the Project
The objective was to develop and implement a model of succession coaching — support for succession in family businesses. The project included two types of transnational activities: transfer of new solutions and their implementation, and the exchange of information and experience with the transnational partner.

About the Project
The main objective of the project was to develop and professionalise the model of the Family Health Advisor as a new service related to medical care. The project responded to the growing demand for professional support for families in the areas of health and prevention.
Main Project Results
- Detailed Methodology of Work for the Family Health Advisor, covering the scope of tasks and activities, the advisor’s competences, and the boundaries of competences (particularly in relation to the medical services sector)
- Model training programme for Family Health Advisors (FHA): Training Programme — 100 hours and a Postgraduate Studies Programme — 4 semesters
- FHA Competence Profile (covering various dimensions of the advisor’s functioning)
- Analyses of the conditions for implementing Family Health Advisor activities in family support systems in partner countries

About the Project
The aim of the project was to increase the ability of pre-retirement and retirement-age workers in the SME sector to remain in the labour market through the implementation of the EDU TRUMPO model — a tool for multi-dimensional Cognitive Skills Training for older workers, based on German solutions.
Main Project Results
- EDU TRUMPO solution description — cognitive skills training for older workers, including a Support Model for Employees and a Support Model for Employers
- EDU TRUMPO system — an IT platform with a set of games at six levels for cognitive function training, enabling training tailored to individual employee needs
- Testing of the solution in 6 small enterprises
- Implementation of the solution in 10 small enterprises
- 32 pre-retirement and retirement-age workers supported in Cognitive Skills Training

About the Project
The aim of the project was to develop, test and implement the EDU SKILLS SYSTEM model for SMEs in the medical rehabilitation services sector, based on transnational solutions. The project addressed the adaptation of SME staff competences to economic changes through a reskilling model.

About the Project
The aim was to enhance the professional and key competences of 32 workers working with children, young people or young people at risk of social exclusion through international mobility programmes in Germany.

About the Project
The project responded to the problem of the absence of a centralised platform aggregating internship offers from various institutions and industries, and the difficult communication between institutions and potential trainees. The objective was to increase the availability of professional competence development for adults by developing and implementing a mobile internship management system using the German partner’s experience.
